Marissa has the magic! She is so loving and fun. Her session is beyond just learning how to dance.

She goes deeper into the emotions and the energy releasing or receiving in any area of your body and soul and works on it through dancing and talking. 

I had one session with Marissa and I can feel the release in my hip area where felt most restricted in my body. I literally can see nicer hip movement in my dancing and everyday feeling safer and sexier in my body which I love and appreciate.

WILD FLOW was an increcible experience!

It served as a sacred container to express my emotions and body movements freely, ferociously, all encapsulated in a feminine bubble of protection.

Marissa was a wonderful leader. The exercises we played out in class were not only highly entertaining they were also very emotionally moving, leading to some huge emotional releases.

Movement, breath and emotion combined in a safe container created a perfect therapeutic recipe for us to grow and expand as friends, as artists and as people.
